“Book a Demo, get a Stanley Quencher!”

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Book a Demo, get a Stanley Quencher!” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, eligible individuals who book and execute a Successful Demo (as defined below) during the Campaign Period (as defined below) may be eligible to receive a “STANLEY® THE QUENCHER H2.0 FLOWSTATE™ TUMBLER | 30 OZ”. Please refer to Section 3.6 below for the disclaimer regarding “STANLEY®” brand name.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Tuesday, January 16, 2024, 12:00 am (GMT-5), and Saturday, March 30, 2024, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Website” or the “Website” means the website located at www.getontop.com.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 To qualify as participants in this Campaign ("Participant"), you must:

‍

a. click on an ad for this Campaign on social media or receive an email communication from Ontop confirming your participation in this Campaign;

‍

b. be located in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or the United States of America (“Participant Countries”);

‍

c. set up a demo video call with Ontop sales representatives (the “Demo Call”) through the Ontop Website at https://www.getontop.com/request-a-free-demo/stanley-cup;

‍

d. be a representative of the organization in question for the Demo Call, headquartered in a Participant Country that hires or is interested in hiring international workers, with a position and/or authority to make business decisions and/or enter into agreements (e.g. CEO, Founder, Cofounder, HR VP, HR Director, Chief of Staff, COO, VP of Operations, CFO, Payroll Director, among others) with Ontop; and

‍

e. attend and complete the entire Demo Call with video and audio turned on, in addition to actively participating and interacting with the Ontop sales representative.

2.2 Participants in this Campaign may be eligible to receive an “STANLEY® THE QUENCHER H2.0 FLOWSTATE™ TUMBLER | 30 OZ”(the “Prize”) if they meet the conditions of eligibility in Section 2.1 above. The Prize will be available in black, cream or gray color options.

2.3 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to determine whether an individual meets the requirements of Section 2.1(d). Once the Demo Call is completed, Ontop will send a confirmation email to the Participant which must be answered with the Participant’s address information in order to deliver the Prize (the “Confirmation Email”).

2.4 We are not liable for any potential Participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for any submission of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the selected Participant (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) is ineligible; (iii) fails to answer with they address within seven (7) business days from the time the Confirmation Email was sent; or (iv) fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release, if requested, the Prize may be forfeited.

2.5 The Prize will be granted to the Participants by means of shipping of the physical Prize within thirty (30) days of the Participant´s Confirmation Email answer. The Prize is personal and non-transferable. Please, bear in mind that the Prize might be considered a gift in your country of tax residency and, therefore, may be subject to tax payments or declarations. The Participant is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to win the Prize.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Please refer to our B2B General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which will govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms that will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Ontop is the sole sponsor of this Campaign and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Pacific Market International, LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The “STANLEY®” and “THE QUENCHER H2.0 FLOWSTATE™” names are registered trademarks of PMI - Pacific Market International, LLC, and are used solely for the purpose of identifying the Prize. All rights, titles, and interests in these trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any product inquiries or concerns should be directed to the manufacturer.
