These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or “T&Cs”) govern Ontop Flow, our loyalty rewards program (“Ontop Flow” or the “Program”).

🧐 PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ADHERING TO THE PROGRAM. THESE TERMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

1. Ontop Flow Overview 🌊🪂

Ontop Flow is dedicated to transforming your everyday transactions into opportunities for financial growth by seamlessly integrating them into your lifestyle, elevating the mundane act of money management into an engaging, rewarding and enjoyable experience. Ontop Flow is the exclusive loyalty rewards program designed specifically for Workers who love to use their Ontop Worker Wallet and Ontop Card. The more you use these financial products, the more points you can receive and the more rewards you can reap by cashing in your points. Join Ontop Flow today and let your money flow you to the top of your dreams! 🚀💸

2. Who or What is That? 🙋

🧪 “Beta Program” means the beta test run for Ontop Flow, which will run from Thursday, March 7, 2024, 1:00 pm (GMT-5) to Thursday, April 11, 2024, 11:59 pm (GMT-5) (the “Beta Program Period”).

‍

🪙 “Flow Points” are the loyalty points that Participants can receive to exchange for cash rewards or other benefits.

‍

🌊 “Ontop Flow” or the “Program” is the Ontop loyalty program that grants rewards to Workers for their use of the Ontop Worker Wallet and Ontop Card.

‍

👉 “Participant(s)” or “you” are individuals who participate in the Program to receive exclusive benefits related to your use of the Ontop Card and Ontop Worker Wallet.

‍

Any capitalized terms that are not defined under these Terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the B2C General Terms and Conditions, Ontop Worker Wallet Terms of Service and Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3. Participating in Ontop Flow 🎟️

3.1 To qualify as a Participant in the Beta Program, you must:

‍

a. receive a communication from Ontop with an offer to participate in this Program;

‍

b. currently reside in Colombia or Mexico;

‍

c. have an active contract on the Ontop Platform;

‍

d. have more than 10 USD in your Ontop Worker Wallet;

‍

e. activate your Ontop Card within the Beta Program Period; and

‍

f. make your first purchase with your Ontop Card within the Beta Program Period.

4. Ontop Flow Rewards 🏆

4.1 Participants will receive a certain amount of Flow Points, proportional to the amount that they spend with the Ontop Card during the Beta Program Period, as follows:

‍

a. 0-100 USD - 100 Flow Points;

‍

b. 100-500 USD - 200 Flow Points;

‍

c. 500-1000 USD: 300 Flow Points; and

‍

d. More than 1000 USD: 500 Flow Points.

‍

4.2 Participants will be eligible to claim 1 USD for every ten (10) Flow Points (“Cash Reward”).

‍

‍4.3 The Cash Reward will be credited to the Ontop Worker Wallet within thirty (30) days of the end of the Beta Program Period. The Cash Reward is personal and non-transferable. Please, bear in mind that the Cash Reward might be considered a gift in your country of tax residency and, therefore, may be subject to tax payments or declarations. You are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Cash Reward.

3. General Terms and Conditions

5.1 The Beta Program will be valid throughout the Beta Program Period.

5.2 We reserve the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Beta Program and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place.

‍

5.3 We reserve the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Beta Program and/or to discontinue the Program, at any time and at our sole discretion.

‍

5.4 Please refer to our B2C General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Worker Wallet Terms of Service and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which will govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. 

‍

5.5 As per Section 16 of the Ontop Card Terms of Service: (i) these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Delaware; and (ii) any dispute in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

5.6 By participating in the Beta Program, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, store, and use any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

‍

5.7 We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Program at any time and for any reason.
