“Take Me With You Campaign”

Campaign Begins: Tuesday, October 1, 2024, 1:00 pm (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Thursday, October 31, 2024, 10:00 am (GMT-5)

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Take me with you Campaign” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, Ontop Card holders will be able to receive a reward (the “Card Bonus”) on purchases made in specific categories and days.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Tuesday, October 1, 2024, 1:00 pm (GMT-5) and Thursday, October 31, 2024, 10:00 am (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” means a physical prepaid card that Workers can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Worker Wallet balance.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the electronic or digital wallet account available to Workers from within the Ontop Platform that allows you to receive compensation payments from Clients and make electronic transactions to your own personal account(s) or to third-party accounts.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 To qualify as a participant in this Campaign (“Participant”), you must:

a. Currently reside in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and México;

‍

b. Own an Ontop Card; and

‍

c. Make a purchase with your Ontop Card in the specified categories during the days mentioned below:

- Supermarket Tuesdays: 2% cashback on the first purchase of the day at supermarkets during the 1st, 15th and 29th of October; and

- Restaurant Thursdays: 2% cashback on the first purchase of the day at restaurants on every Thursday during October.

2.2 Participants subscribed to the Wanderlust plan will receive a cashback reward of 4% instead of 2% on the first eligible purchase of the day in the specified categories (Supermarket Tuesdays and Restaurant Thursdays).

2.3 The maximum cashback amount a Participant can accumulate as a Card Bonus during the Campaign is $50 USD.

‍2.4 The Card Bonus will be credited to the Ontop Card within thirty (30) days of the end of the Campaign Period. The Card Bonus is personal and non-transferable. Please, bear in mind that the Card Bonus might be considered a gift in your country of tax residency and, therefore, may be subject to tax payments or declarations. You are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Card Bonus.

2.5 This Campaign can not be combined with other campaigns, promotions, discounts or subscription plans available at Ontop.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to win the Prize.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion.

3.4 Please refer to our Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which will govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.5 As per Section 16 of the Ontop Card Terms of Service: (i) these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Delaware; and (ii) any dispute in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

3.6 By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that Ontop may collect, store, and use any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.7 Ontop is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made or fraud committed with your Ontop Card.
